Good points Jason. Sorry I wasn't clear, but I was only thinking about the short term need for the web front-end. Right now we are running on a shared server and I asked them how much to get our own to dedicate to us. Migration plan should naturally cover off the hardware requirements for the various other services in more detail, like you have done.
