Folks,

Given the various travel going on, and the fact I was busy with guests
this week, I didn't commit to a meeting this Friday.   I would like to
have it on the 23rd instead.  The most pressing item is to approve
the charter member and board voting procedures.

I'll try and prepare a page for the meeting today.
