[Board] One concern on obligations for OSGeo projects

Hi to everyone,

 From gvSIG and taking into account the comments about obligations
for OSGeo projects, we are concerned with the implications this may have.


We want to know if being a part of OSGeo implies compliance with export
laws of US government, and among them the prohibition of being used in
the list of banned countries, present or future, that the USA government
declares.

Desde gvSIG y al hilo de los comentarios que están habiendo sobre las 
obligaciones a la que están sujetas los proyectos que forman parte de 
OSGeo, estamos preocupados con las implicaciones que esto pueda tener.

Queremos saber si ser parte de OSGeo lleva implícito el sometimiento a 
las leyes de exportación de USA. Entre ellas la prohibición de ser 
utilizados en la lista de los países prohibidos, actuales o futuros, que 
declare el gobierno de USA.
