[Board] Next Board Meeting: Nov. 11th

First I want to apologize for not making last week's meeting (indeed the 
meeting was scheduled for 2AM local japan time, and that morning I gave 
a keynote there).

I have seen some talk of 'same time next week', which means

(unfortunately I'll still be in japan so I won't be able to attend, but 
I will follow the IRC logs)

My own update for the Board: when I get back I will be starting to move 
forward the FOSS4G2012 call for letters of intent (through the 
conference committee).
