[Board] Home stretch update...

Thanks for all the work on this.
What do projects that were using the old PayPal setup need to do? I
notice that the old PayPal donate buttons no longer go to an OSGeo
donation page. OpenLayers also has a donor that was setup to
auto-donate to the PayPal account.
Thanks for any additional detail.
