[Board] Choosing the next President of OSGeo

I agree that all the folks Jeff mentions would be good candidates, if willing.

Cameron has since said he doesn't want to do it since he's not able to
travel. And Daniel said (albeit in an earlier email) that he suggests
he continues as Treasurer. While I think Daniel could be an excellent
candidate for President, I do think it takes time to get up to speed
in the Treasurer role so I agree it would probably be best for him to
continue in that position at the moment.

Which would leave Frank, and I think it goes without saying that he
would be a great candidate, assuming he is willing.

I would also agree that the new President's role does not need to look
exactly like Arnulf's role. As others have said, Arnulf did a huge
amount of advocacy that it would be hard for others to commit to, so I
think it does make sense that this aspect of the role is more
distributed among board members and the broader group of OSGeo
advocates.
