[Board] MOTION: Approve schedule for the 2012 OSGeo elections

Cameron,

I can see your idea but I think it will be more confusing than that it helps the process of both. Charter and Board Members are elected, the Advocates as we are working with now are not. 

Therefor and to avoid further delays I suggest to keep it as a completely separate thing for now.
