I wonder about one thing: currently it is in the responsibility of the local
team to create the web site. Like this we use it as "thermometer" to
understand the local progress on the conference preparations. But
does this make sense?
Perhaps OSGeo itself should take care of the crucial web site and "just"
receive content snippets from LOC? This would somewhat avoid delays.
