[Board] OSGeo Contact

As we have been notified that our GoogleVoice phone number has not been 
used, I think we should question whether we need it.
It seems that everyone wanting to contact us over the past ??? period 
has contacted us via one of our other methods (email, or directly 
phoning an individual).

While I don't feel strongly about it, I'd suggest we should drop the use 
of the phone number, and reduce the amount of things we need to maintain.
