Thank you very much for your confidence, and you are right that if I
have to vote then I will try to be as impartial as possible... but we
are all humans and given the chances that even just a few OSGeo members
would be uncomfortable with me voting then I'd be much more comfortable
myself abstaining or delegating the vote to the charter members as
suggested by Bart.
