[Board] Next meeting date/time

Hi Daniel,

The 3 timeslots were agreed upon earlier by the current Board members
(see http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Meeting_timeslots);
however I'm fine with modifying them if need be.
