[Board] Next meeting date/time

Hi Daniel,

no,  it's actually 2pm (according to
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?year=2013&month=7&day=11&hour=12&min=0&sec=0)

Only that I can not guarantee, I'll be available during that time - it's
about Martin Landa's Geoinformatics conference (pre-FOSS4-CEE event), I
might be there.

Nothing is sure yet, so, we will see. I put it into my schedule
