[Board] ICC 2015 in Rio de Janeiro

Dear Cameron,
I have to say that my first intention was to have OSGeo promoting the event.
Obviously if we can also have contribution from ICC to have free registration for our advocates it makes even more sens. 
Note that I feel that having a booth there make lot of sens to me as the presence of OSGeo will be more visible I think that only participating as speaker or workshop presenter. IMO, having talks is ok but the time allocated to spread the word is too short, if you have a booth you have potentially all the time required for people to access the informations they require from OSGeo.
I think that the presence will be more remarkable let say if we can have a booth there.

I feel that OSGeo should be represented during this kind of conference and even more should be active providing informations, presentations and if possible workshop there to promote OSGeo softwares and solutions.

IMO, as there is a lot of researchers there, it may also be a good source for having new MOU.

I hope that we can have some sort of agreement and we can manage to have OSGeo present at this event.
