[Board] ICC 2015 in Rio de Janeiro

I am hoping to attend ICC 2015 (though i cannot confirm fully now). If so, it will be a pleasure to setup OSGeo booth and promote OSGeo with other colleagues. 

I am sure there will be many volunteers (especialy local volunteers) to help with OSGeo booth and promotion as we have a very strong community in Brazil and ICC 2015 will be a great opportunity to promote OSGeo's Education initiative and activities.

I suggest that  Jeff emails Georg informing OSGeo's interest to have a booth at ICC 2015 and requesting free (or a substantial discount) from the local organisors of ICC 2015.

Having a MOU and the Geo For All network in common with ICA,  I guess that asking for a free booth (or a substantial discount) makes a lot of sense. Indeed it's good for both parts, that OSGeo has a good presence there, promoting projects and community building.

It should be great to reach there other OSGeo'ers, a booth for a three days conference is quite a lot of work for just two (probably hyper
busy) attendants.
