[Board] request for letter of support for Jan Hartmann (UvA)

[Polimi]

I'm happy to see that now the approach of the Board has changed with respect to the past. I asked twice and twice my request was rejected. What is the new policy the Board has in mind? To support always? To support only in some cases? Which cases?
