[Board] update on ICA relationship

Hi Maxi,

Maybe we can plan for a meeting between Menno-Jan and their board 
members, with OSGeo representatives.  It might be good to sit down 
(virtually, or in person) all together and see what makes sense for both 
organizations.

In terms of this meeting, I called this meeting with Menno-Jan I believe 
last month, when I noticed a message on one of the mailing lists about 
the new ICA president.  I feel it is important take the time to manage 
these relationships.

I have no problem with planning a followup meeting to address all of 
your concerns.
