[Board] Motion: 2016 Financial Agreement

Hoping to get your votes soonest so I can get to the bank if approved.
I have located some branches in NYC where I'll be tomorrow so if it's not approved until then, I'll try to do the wire from NYC, but I don't know if it will be a problem or not.
