[Board] Fwd: Details for OSGeo's booth at FOSS4G NA 2016

I will be at Foss4gNA, I don't plan to haul all of the California stuff
to NC. The pop-up we have doesn't travel particularly well.

Generally the idea is that more local people/chapters are supposed to
have these things. No idea why no chapter on the East coast has bothered
(well maybe because there aren't any formal ones). It's a little too
short on time to buy one probably, unless there's a fastsigns or
something similar and someone in NC wants to handle ordering and pickup.
Ready to use svg/pdfs are on our svn.

I have packed some postcards and stickers for the Bonn conf that they
sent me. If the local org can provide a black table cover we are most of
the way to what we usually have.

Sorry, I'm tied up with SAC business and can't look into it any further.

A note to forward to the conference committee, solicit booth leaders in
exchange for passes much earlier. I was recruited to do the Foss4gNA
booth by the conf chair last year, 3 months+ in advance.
