[Board] updating about the foundation web page

I would like to be in position to write a blog post, citing the new
foundation vision/mission/goal in time for tomorrows anniversary.

Can I ask for review, questions, feedback on the following page:

* http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/about.html

Specifically:
- review - any sentences broken, spelling mistakes?
- questions - any questions on a specific goal? What happened to the Sol
Katz award etc...
- feedback - I hope everyone finds these new goals easier to follow
