[Board] FOSS4G 2017 AGM

Dear board members -

To organize AGM 2017 a wiki has been set up here:

To provide information to LOC about our needs in terms of space and time

- please list yourself if you are attending FOSS4G2017 in person on the wiki
(see the bottom of the Format section where it says Board members attending in person)
if we have more than half members attending I suggest that we also organize f2f meeting
and I will request a small meeting room for that

- if you are doing any reports for osgeo, local chapters, committees or organizing awards,
please list yourself in appropriate section (thanks to those who already signed up)
and please add items if something is missing (e.g. additional awards)

- if you plan to be there, please also volunteer for the osgeo booth

If you could do this within the next week (by April 19), we can see what is still missing,
reach out to relevant members (mostly committee and local chapters chairs) 
 and hopefully have the request to LOC for time and space finalized.

Meanwhile, I will ask for 90 minutes Friday afternoon after all talks are over,
please let me know if you see any issues with that. (Wednesday evening after talks and before
Ice breaker would be another option, but Sol Katz award is usually at the end of the conference,
so AGM and awards would be split.)
