[Board] [FOSS4G 2016] Fwd: Re: [Journal] Feedback: [FOSS4GProceedings] Reminder - Publication of papers of the FOSS4G 2016 AcademicTrac

I want to thank everyone involved in getting these academic track papers published from FOSS4G conferences. It is huge efforts and thanks to all who worked to make this possible. I really hope we will have a clear mechanism in place (esp. thanks to Charlie's help in FOSS4G Boston ) , so we can get future AT proceedings for all FOSS4G events (not just global but also local events) published online.
I request all colleagues meeting at Boston to discuss and plan ideas for this. Thanks.
Best wishes,
Suchith
