[Board] awards discussion

Just a quick note from Boston on some of these topics:
1. YES, we would be pleased to have the Sol Katz awarded during our
closing plenary (also, is there a place where nominations for consideration
can be added? We have a local idea.)
2. YES, GeoCat has mentioned their intent to do this in our sponsorship
discussions and we will support them presenting it at closing Plenary. We
will reach out to them to confirm.
3. Thanks for giving us the expected head-count for the AGM meeting. We
will get you a room of that size. We are open minded to having the
GeoForAll awards presented where ever they fit best. I have added Andy
Anderson from our Academic Committee onto this thread and both he and
Charlie should be able to comment on the plans for evaluating and judging
the academically submitted papers and posters. My understanding is there
*is* a plan for that.
