[Board] action: Angelos to ask 4-5 projects to attend the next meeting

The AGM slides are a report to the membership; I guess adding a new slide
(linking to a report) would be okay here.

For attending the meeting I would like to:
- Have a chance to hear how the community is doing, if OSGeo can help etc...
- Ask about 2018 budget
- We had a question about committees acting fairly in 2016, and each group
to share how their committee functions. Projects established this during
incubation so it should be quick.
- Double check each project is aware of new OSGeo branding

website (many just have a placeholder page)
