[Board] New Board orientation session

As we have several new members (including myself) I think it would be 
good to have an IRC session for the new group to meet and possibly ask 
questions.  I think the first official board meeting is set for 
Thursday, but maybe we could plan to meet on Wednesday for 1 hour, just 
to give a chance for new members to get familiar with processes etc.  We 
could meet this Wednesday

  Or if there is a better time and day please suggest.
