[Board] New Board orientation session

I think an catch up is a good idea; there are a number of ongoing
activities to catch up on :)

The tone proposed time conflicts with the weekly website/reboot meeting. I
would invite board members (new and old) to attend as we wrap up the final
stages of this contract.

It will be good to work with you again Jeff, thanks for starting the ball
rolling. If the board would like to consider an earlier time slot I may or
may not be able to attend (but would not want to hold things up. )
