[Board] Questions about the Annuall Report

The AGM is an “internal” meeting, we have a breakfast meeting with
partners.

I don’t mind how we communicate with projects, just that we manage to :)

In the slide notes I linked to a recent geotools annual report as an
example (
https://github.com/geotools/geotools/wiki/GeoTools-Annual-Report-2017) for
slide content. One thing to add to the report template may be budget
request, expenditures.

I still think it is valuable to have project officers *people* present in
the AGM as connections mean more than words.
