Hi Maria

I have a couple of comments on wording:

   - Replace 'empathic' with 'empathetic'
   - I think that you want to replace 'assertive' with 'positive'? So
   '...communicate in a more positive way.' I might have it wrong here, though.

I think your intent is really good, and it's a great statement. One comment
would be that focussing on the specific issue may distract from the more
important issue, which is encouraging people to be nice! But it does
probably need to be said still, so it's probably good how it is.
