[Board] Board onboarding

Hi all: as new Board members Victoria and myself need to be ramped up on various Board infrastructure.  Thanks to discussions with Angelos and Jody, I've started to create a checklist at [1] for future new/incoming Board members.

Having said this, can folks:
1./ validate the incomplete checklist?
2./ help Victoria and myself get setup on these infra?
