[Board] Argentina local Chapter

Malena,

It is great to hear about how active and effective you appear to have 
been in South America. I suggest that in order to help the board answer 
you question about funding, you also provide information to help them 
assess the "Return on Investment".

What do you need funding for which would be difficult to obtain 
elsewhere? (Being specific and creating a budget would help).

What value would you gain which is enabled by this funding?

How much money are you asking for?

Will it be a once off cost, or ongoing? Could you see yourselves as 
becoming self sustaining?

Of note, I am not on the board, and am not speaking on the board's 
behalf. I am just passing on a suggestion.
