[CBERS-PDS] New STAC API endpoint

Hi,
The CBERS and Amazonia-1 STAC endpoint will change from:
https://stac.amskepler.com/v100/
to
https://stac.scitekno.com.br/v100/
for now both endpoints are working but the former will be disabled in a few
days.
