Hi,

I'm Zac Flamig, postdoctoral scholar at the University of Chicago. I have a lot of simulated data that I produce into COGs to make it easy to run on-demand tiling infrastructure for web mapping. For example, the maps at http://flashflood.io/ <http://flashflood.io/> are produced using this technique.
