[Conference-europe] targeting of foss4g-europe

Hi all,

do not forget the workshops, to make the user base wider.

Is there any feedback on the code sprint in Bremen?
A translation or documentation day could have been more productive if few 
core developers took part in the sprint.

IMHO global presentations are important too.
