[Conference-europe] when and where

During semesters there are no rooms available for conferences. That' the reason why, if held at the university, they are necessarily during summer time (at least this is the situation in Como.) But it is not mandatory to stay at the University. We can go in conference centers. Obviously costs are completely different. 

How many proposals are there at the moment for hosting the next conference? Better probably to verify which actual possibilities there are.
