[Conference-europe] Registration fee

Dear All
Marco and I have made some simulations about possible registration fees. The idea is to keep them as lower as possible. We will provide the basic facilities ( rooms, staff for registration, technical staff for the computer rooms, ...) and then considering how many people will register and/or how many sponsors we'll have we will add the extras (t-shirts, coffee breaks, ice-breaker party, lunches, and so on). USB keys will kindly offered by GFOSS, the Italian association of Free and Open Source GIS (thanks!).

Here the fees we need at least to start the conference:

100 euro for normal registration and 50 euro for students before 30th April 2015 (Early Bird)

200 euro for normal registration and 100 for students after 30th April 2015

300 euro on site registration.

Workshops: 

20 euro for each workshop

It seems me reasonable costs. I hope to have many people to be able to offer more and more.

In few days Nick will prepare also this page and then, at least, the first step is done!
