[Conference-europe] Code sprint for the Friday?

Jachym-

just for the planning:
- how many hours should the sprint go?
- we should make sure that at the closing plenary all are participating, so can 
we put it Fri morning? (I'm tempted to suggest Sat, but people already start 
booking cheap trains etc, so if that's what we want then we'd need to announce 
that really fast)

The last is also a question to the program committee - we have 2 parallel 
sessions + a workshop track; this might distract people too much. Any solution 
in sight?
