[Conference-europe] Code sprint for the Friday?

Hi,

the sprint usually takes at least "whole day". 

It should be usually off the regular program, so "after plenary" is probably the
best choice. Same applies for "before confernce start".

About the parallesiation: usually, workshops are off main program too, but if
there is no other chance, it sometimes happen, they are part of the program as
well.
