[Conference-europe] Call for venue - proposal

Jachym,

The page seems ok to me.
Maybe one remark: +100 each year ...
This is correct, but maybe we should keep the max capacitiy around 400,
because this gives the opportunity to organise an event at modest cost,
as there is some infrastructure out there we can use on behalve of a
sponsor, if we stick to these numbers.

Just my 2c ...
