Hey Paul,

since nobody has said anything against it, I would propose that it's ok 
to publish it as an intent (for the years applicable). Let me think a 
little how we can manage it on the wiki.

Maybe we can have a future events section on the conference-europe page 
and essentially have the "call-for-venue" open all the time for future 
events.

If anybody else here has opinions on the topic, please don't shy away 
sharing them. Remember, the conference is what we all together make it, 
it's not only the LOC doing the lifting :)
