[Conference-europe] UK bid for 2027 (or later)

Hello everyone,

Following on from my previous email we are really pleased to submit a bid
to host an edition of the European conference in Bristol UK.

I've called it a pre-bid at this point as it is for 2027 or a later year
and as you would imagine there are still some details to confirm later on.

We would welcome comments on our bid as we hope to progress the plans
further at an upcoming UK conference in October.

We hope the 2026 conference goes really well and look forward to hearing
any feedback.
