[Conference-europe] Bid for FOSS4G-Europe @ Timisoara

Dear Community,

After thoughtful consideration, we are pleased to express our 
willingness to host FOSS4G Europe 2026 in Timișoara, Romania.

We believe that the city's multicultural spirit, accessibility, and 
openness make Timișoara an excellent setting for the next European 
edition of the conference.

Furthermore, we hope that our University's commitment to society, 
scientific advancement, and environmental responsibility will strengthen 
our candidacy as a host for this important event.
