[Conference-europe] Discussion period for FOSS4G Europe 2026 open until 21.09.2025

Hello all,

let's start the discussion.

Thank you very much to the team from Romania for their propoal to host 
FOSS4G Europe 2026 in Timișoara.

The proposal looks very good to me.

  - it will be in summer like the last FOSS4G Europe - very good
- proposed prices are similar to last years. Very good to keep the 
students prices very low. I like that
- many people and organizations are already involved and we know how 
good FOSS4G in Romania is from the global event :)
- the Univerity looks very suitable for the event
