[Conference-europe] Discussion period for FOSS4G Europe 2026 open until 21.09.2025

Thanks Astrid!

One thing that popped in my head was the timing - the proposed dates 
(27.07-02.08) are maybe too close to the Hiroshima global FOSS4G 
(30.08-5.09)? Although, as the venue is at a university so we are 
constrained by the university's own schedule.
