[Workshops] introductory QGIS course

We definitely want end-user and even beginner focused workshops at FOSS4G.
I’ve been hoping someone would offer up a QGIS focused workshop, and I think the type of data is tangential.
You’d be surprised how many people doing geo-related development have never used GIS software. I think it would be great.
