[OSGeo-Conf] 2010 Call for Vote

Fellow OSGeo Conference Committee members,

I now call for a vote for the 2010 hosting location.  All of the related 
voting process information is at:

I ask that all members take some time in the next few days to review all 
of the proposals and Q/A.  This is a very strong group of candidates and 
they deserve an educated vote.
