I agree with Eric.

Being one who coined the "FOSS4G" in 2003 and
having donated the foss4g.org domain to
OSGeo in 2008 on the understanding that there
will be no restriction whatsoever on the free
use of "FOSS4G", I would not like
to see any restriction on its usage
