Thank you Eli for catching this.

"% of sponsorship" is a model that derives from dental conventions and
suchlike with big lists of potential sponsors that just need to be
cold-called and worked. That is not us, it's a bad model for FOSS4G,
which should be avoided in PCO contracts.
