[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2016 host city & Planning to make use of our FOSS4G conferences to launch new Educational initiatives every year

Indeed, I can remember helping Shawn Barnes setup a live-dvd for the
workshops at the "OSGIS" event in 2004 in Ottawa, ha, wow, a long time
ago, ahead of our time...I think we used Knoppix (or something along
that name). Nice to look back once in while :)
