[OSGeo-Conf] [Board] OSGeo Student awards for FOSS4G Seoul

Hi Suchith,

we did not think of the student award yet, so there is no LOC 
responsible for this for FOSS4G2016 now.
But I like the idea and will bring that into our next LOC meeting.
