I have updated the poll to add a slot at the end of the Wednesday before the ice breaker and an early morning slot on Thursday.
I think an early morning slot on Friday is probably not going to work for several of us after the party on the boat! I am leaving on Friday afternoon so an end of day won’t work for me.
I have avoided lunches because I am sure some if not all of us will want to "eat and greet/meet”
Let’s try to find a time that suits the most of us.
If you have already voted please go back to the poll and add in your availability for the extra slots

In particular I think it would be very helpful to talk through some of the long standing topics around FOSS4G events before we get into the CfP for 2018, there are some topics where we need guidance from the board (e.g financial expectations, relationships with 3rd parties, guarantees). The meeting is open to anyone who is active on the Conference list, board members and anyone else with an interest in the plans for FOSS4G 2018 (i.e. it’s an open meeting)
