[OSGeo-Conf] Reminder - RfP 2020 final Proposals until 23rd of November

Dear list, bidding teams and voring members!

This is just a reminder for the voting members of CC AND for Halifax and
Calgary. The latter are for sure aware that their proposal is expected
by 23. of November last possible time [1]. As said, if you finish
earlier and don't want to share it yet, you can send it to me and Steven
in advance, we will distribute it to the voting members so we can start
reading earlier.

To all voting members - please be ready to start the questions from 24th
of November on. Please also have the voting period starting on December
06th (until 12th) period in mind!
